individualizes the session to address your needs and explores what
concerns you may have so a structure is developed before you begin. With
that structure in mind she creatively and spontaneously develops exercises
to help you stretch in an area you seek to improve, and reinforces the basic
self care and attunement rituals necessary to access spirit, such as sitting in
the power and short meditations. What I like best is her collaborative
approach. You work together toward your desired goals and feel held and
understood. The beauty of this work is that you have so many supportive

I first met Pam when she taught the beginners’ mediumship classes at The Journey Within. Her warmth, openness, and degree of encouragement at that very first class were instrumental in my decision to further explore the field of mediumship.
